Why don't you make parts for my UTV brand?
We are constantly adding new UTV parts to our catalog. Chances are if you don't see a part for your machine we are working on one for it! Feel free to drop us a note if there is something specific you want to see.
My order was damaged or stolen in shipping. What should I do?
All orders are shipped FOB our facility. Any issues with the shipment should be handled with the contract carrier. Do not accept an open or severely damaged package from the carrier.
Part of my order is missing
From time to time we may not have every item in stock on your order. If this happens we may choose to split your order into multiple shipments. Don't worry, you will not be charged any extra for shipping.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Products that are In stock usually ship the next business day. Holidays, strange weather events or other extenuating circumstances may delay order processing.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email from us.
Which methods of payments can I use?
At this time we accept payments through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can use that or you can checkout as a guest using a credit card.
